HOTS FOR MY NEWLY BORN LUST OVER BOOKS AND MOVIES

Hello there! As I create this blogpost, I am currently downloading the full trailer of the much-anticipated sci-fi movie of  2013, The Host by Stephanie Meyer. It is actually one of my favorite books and definitely my favorite movie, even if it is due on March 29, 2013. I love the book. I am not a fan of Meyer but The Host is a different story. This is my second post for this month so I should get this through with perfection (what?)

Okay okay, I am more than eager to share the things that make me the happiest person on Earth right now. (Uhm, excuse me people) 'Tis season of giving! And I've been receiving perfect gifts this year! Movie adaptation of best-sellers has been trending since Harry Potter of J.K Rowling. The series and the movies had received great reviews and huge revenues with the fan-based all throughout the globe. Harry and his friends made us believe that in unity comes great power. I love the series, always a fan (slytherin). After the reign of this top-rated series, along came The Twilight Saga. This saga definitely has a huge fan-based all over the world like the HP. But haters are there all along even after the saga ends this November 16. Fans of the said phenomenal books keep throwing hatred to each other but in the end, twilight fans watch twilight, HP fans watch HP.

For years, the two compete with each other until The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins came into picture. I am a huge fan of the trilogy. Whether you like it or not, I always am a fangirl. (I'm a Dovegirl and I love it!) The movie adaptation of this epic novel is a great catch. Though I still think Josh is the best Peeta, it doesn't affect my interest on the book itself. News and rumors of many Young Adult best-sellers are constantly popping out from the web to the world. We have Beautiful Creatures, Warm Bodies, The Mortal Instruments, Catching Fire and Divergent- all to be released in 2013.

THE WORLD DOESN'T END ON DECEMBER PEOPLE.

I make peace with my hormones and manage to keep my dignity intact. Oh gosh, I've seen the trailer of the Host for the nth time and I still find Max Irons smoldering. :) (I kill who said he isn't!)

It will be decent to post the movie posters of the upcoming movies of 2013 with the links to their trailers. So, here's what I am friggin talking about.

Surely, I'll post a follow-up of these books-turned-movies. I am begging the production crew of every YA adaptation to stop disappointing the fans and movie-goers. I trust them anyway.
