Of Man and Of Nature

Of Man and Of Nature
“empires rise, then grow tired, collapses, falls
Laws, religion, rights, rule, boom, freedom or what.
The world’s going down.
Darkness shrawls in the decay, destructions,
Wars, plague, famine, vices choke good,
Honest strivers drained as idlers luxuriate—
                                These are chaos cyclones. “
Climate change is a major issue that envelopes the earth; an issue that confronts humanity in the 21st century and an issue that undoubtedly affects our country being an archipelago in the biggest ocean of our earth- SICK MOTHER EARTH. At this point in time, saving our mother earth is mostly relevant that the human race continuously suffer from calamities, disaster and disease of epidemic scale resulting form global environmental destruction.
The dramatic rise in the world’s temperature, the sea level rise and coastal flooding, abnormal weather patterns- usually warm weather, heat waves, ocean warming, devastating typhoons and tornados, heavy snowfalls in many parts of the world, increase ranges o pests and disease vectors and loss of the diversity are the life threatening result of climate change. Scary isn’t it?
It is about time that we, youth, should rally for the protection from further destruction to save the future-our-generation form the wrath of nature.
The 29th century saw a rise in global air temperature by 0.6%. The prediction relating to climate shifts in the 21st century are wide-ranging with estimates landing anywhere between an increase of 1.4 to 5.8°c in annual global mean surface and temperature. The consequences of climate change could vary anywhere from troublesome to devastating. Even taking into consideration the least drastic change prediction, it is a certainty that the impact of global warming will be felt by every living specie on the planet.
We now live in a world that continuously battles environmental degradation. The alarming climate change has brought fear and enormous concern to most of us and many should respond in their special way to maintain the balance that will preserve the sustainability of the earth.
Choose to act rather than despair and give up. Use the power of human creativity and courage to face the seemingly battle of the earth brought by modern living.

“ there is love, peace, understanding…
No wars, broken homes, crises, vices…
                                No dearth, terror, plague, famine..
All reforms, rebuilds, improves, yes meek, fruitful..
If we truly care for humanity and nature. “
